- You must choose a non tournament referee person to give each players the card pulls, to do so he goes on this site and opens 7 pages of it : https://scryfall.com
- Then he clicks on "random card" on each pages and gives a respective 7 random cards pull found this way to each player.
* the referee rerolls the basic lands, tokens and non Legacy cards such as test cards or fan cards before giving the pull since those aren't supposed to be found in the randomization.
* He also goes to this site : http://mogg.fr , enters a name in front of "new deck" and clicks "create", from there he can check if each cards picked by a player is available on mogg with the same card edition , if not (rare) reroll an entire pull and eventually signal it to the mogg administrators.
- Once a player picked any card from their pull, both the player and the referee note them on a saved text doc, you can copy paste the following text doc basis :
( If you write the card names similarly to the files recognized by the mogg's program you can create the deck and side between each game with more ease by opening a blank wmdeck file you downloaded from mogg with a textdoc program ( right click file, open with textdoc or notepad or whatever it is ) the code requires the card quantity , the edition and card name such as : 1 [DTK] Ojutai Exemplars ( go to next line for the next card etc..)

- Open 2 Luna draft boosters of 7 cards each and one Lunar booster of 1 rare card.
- After the 20th card is picked, open your extra booster of 7 cards (depending on your amount of tournament point 0:Lunaland, 1: Lunaciv, 2: Lunanimal, 3: Lunafantasy), no extra point can be used but if you choose to discard definitely 18 of your current picked cards, you may use joker, gift and title points in this extra booster (pass not allowed).
- Normally a 3rd person referee is needed to open the boosters save every card as a gigantic data-deck, he must show the boosters to the drafting player.

Joker:3
Pass:3
Gift:3
Title:1

- Title: From the title given by your tournament's mission points, you may pick an extra card in a pull that doesn't count in the maximum 50 cards, this card must either, have a similar word in the name (exact word, plural don't count for example but - and 's do count),the same mana cost or a similar subtype ( ex: soldier, minotaur etc..)

- Then each competing players go on http://mogg.fr and create their deck & sideboard :
- Download lackey CCG and copy this link available in some months in the puglin's autoupdate URL :
* 40 cards in the deck minimum.
* Add the basic lands for free.
* No sideboard maximum.

- Then save the deck on their computer and players are ready to load their deck and play duels on Mogg.

- The Magic tournament is played in Best of 33, each tournament points gained with hills count as 3 free victories in the score. (tournament points annulate each other, if player1 won 2 and player2 won 1, 6-3=[3 free win for player 1])

- The Magic tournament is played in a bo3 of 3 bo13 rounds, after each round, each player opens a pull of 1 luna draft and 1 lunar boosters, they can pick one card and use any of their extra points. Each player may then ban 1 card from their opponent's deck.

Whenever an opponent wants to resigns, he has to pause and tell he resigns, note the pause's timing, then he resigns during the pause, as the victorious player you can choose between resigning during the pause or giving you 2 minutes to trigger the end game with a wincon, during this time you can make any mission points that can not be checked during a pause screen. If the timing passed the noted pause's timing + 2min you lose all mission points.

All instances of "while your opponent hasn't resigned yet" have been removed from the twisted river's missions for the matter.

Whenever a player wants to resign in a TCM players only custom game, he can pause and tell he resigns (in 2v2 only the 2nd player to resign is concerned) , note the necessary statistics, then he resigns during the pause and the victorious player unpauses, as the victorious player you have 3 minutes to trigger instantly the end game with a wincon or to pause the game and resign during the pause, during this time you can make any mission points that can not be checked during a pause screen. If the timing passed the noted pause's timing + 3min or if any of your further action is spotted to make sound (any visible action that is supposed to make sound except death or destruction) after you resigned, you lose all mission points. If the players who wants to resigns does it instantly instead,no mission points are normally earned except, he gets 5000 de-fairness points and the victorious player gets 100 Legendary points and 5000 fairness points, if he is not a TCM member, you should pause the game yourself and proceed to what's written above (the victorious player's fairness and legendary points count in the tournament but not in the cap)

Whenever a player wants to resign in a TCM players only random map that includes a spectator that is still in the game at this moment,he can pause and tell he resigns (in 2v2 only the 2nd player to resign is concerned), then he asks both spectator/s and opponent/s to resign during the pause, then unpauses. If the players who wants to resigns does it instantly instead,no mission points are normally earned except, he gets 3000 de-fairness points and the victorious player gets 100 Legendary points and 3000 fairness points, these points are then reduced by the ratio of the lower ranks random maps (example: clown fiesta 10%), If there is non TCM players in, make sure that the spectators are spectating the TCM player/s or mission points are disabled. Avoid allowing spectators you don't trust.

Random maps:
Replacing blue by green for 2 reasons:
- Blue dots hide in the water while green dots dont really hide in forests.
- Blue light is known to prevent from sleeping and is a cold color while green is kinda warmer color.

* In 1v1 players switch every game with red and blue-green color ( no other color allowed, it's considered cheating ), in 2v2 , teams switch every game with yellow-blue & red vs brown & yellow-green.

Rules inside TCM games:
If a player unpauses the pause of its opponent unintentionally by pausing almost at the same time, the first player pausing must pause asap and the other waits for it.
In formats with screen shots rules, players can pause up to 10 times, the 11th is 1.000 de-level and 12th the defeat, however a player can pause to call he resigns instead of getting the de-level in any kind of games.
In random maps extra pauses can be paid with a tribute that has to be sent before the pause.

Cycles: Lv.50 = Lynn Tournament / Lv.100 = RM Tournament.
Every next cycles (Lv.110 - 130 - etc), the points gained or lost specific to the de-level tournament are 10% more efficient.

In the RM Tournament all RM extensions are played with the 3x4 games for each extension, If a player wins at least 2 non tied series of 4 from the last extension, he wins the tournament, otherwise the player with the most mission points from all the extensions wins the tournament, The last extension jokers can be used to double the mission points from the game of your choice at the end of the tournament. The final score for the up-level and de-level points calcul is: [1 serie of 4 = 1 score]

* [only available in Hill & Magic] If you didn't use this special remake in a serie of 4 yet, you can remake if you didn't kill/destroy/convert anything and if you aren't 1 age ahead of your opponent, calculate the mission points of each player at the end of the game as though as you both won (mission points not added to mission reserve), for each 10% less or 10% more you have compared to your opponent, you play the next game with (in your opponent's civilization rank) the n°12 civilization minus each 10% less (max:40%) or plus each 10% more (max:100%) versus the n°1 civilization. You may decide to pick a civilization equal or inferior to your civilization, if you do, your opponent may play any civilization he wishes. Starting from Lv.10 and every next 10.000 mission points that's at least further triggered by a level up, a player may choose his own civilization ranking and post it on his profile under his mission points,it will then be locked till the next change in the forum "Civilization ranking" , his own ranking will then be used when playing against TCM members who are at least Lv.10):

* [only available once in each Hill & Magic serie of 4] You may call a remake if you have the greatest army score and didn't kill/destroy/convert anything and if you aren't 1 age ahead or behind of your opponent, calculate the mission points of each player at the end of the game as though as you both won (mission points not added to mission reserve). Depending on the greater percentage of mission points you have compared to your opponent, you may unlock civilizations to pick for the remake-game where each of the 10 first civilizations up in your opponent's civlization rank cost 10% and each further civilization for up to 4 more cost 100% (unlock in the right order of the list while starting from the bottom with only the first civilization unlocked for free), then reveal the civilization you picked to your opponent and may play any civilization he wishes. In this type of remake-game, Sumerian villagers can not attack before min 8 (screen shot attack animation required).

In magical remakes with a Sumerian civilization, no player can kill units before min 8 (mandatory screen shot to show with the achievement window only).
In magical remakes with a Sumerian civilization, no player can attack in it's enemy's sight before min 8 (Show screen shot as proof).

- Handicaps reworked, instead of 2 being rolled you now have to pick one of them.
- Dead units don't count as unit but as dead unit.

- Age isn't considered an upgrade.
Then close the bots and open 2 bots again to determine the 3rd and 4th player if needed.
Then, for each player, open 2 new bots. Depending on the player's base civilization (from top,4 first civilizations = 1, 4 next civilizations = 2,etc..)
apply the following handicaps (If 2 same numbers are randomized, apply the x2 handicap as well)
If the rolled civlizations are the same (mirror), both players apply the same handicaps (the first 2 handicaps given to player 1)

1 New bonus for specialized draft:
Spy: 2 stacks of the following joker, You may pause the game and note the timing, then both players ally each other, then unpause the game. Then whenever you wish, you may repause the game and end this rule. 2 minutes after the noted timing your opponent can pause the game and end the rule as well. (these pauses don't count in normal pauses rule, you may apply the 2nd stack on the pause that ends the first stack).
